Welcome to Deeply Well. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, online booking system, and all massage and wellness services provided by Deeply Well. By scheduling an appointment, purchasing a service, or visiting our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. General Information

Deeply Well is a professional massage and wellness practice committed to providing safe, ethical, and high-quality care.
All clients are required to provide accurate information, follow our policies, and respect our therapists and staff.

2. Appointments and Cancellations

Scheduling

Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person. A valid credit card may be required to reserve your session.

Cancellations

  • We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to the full session rate.
  • No-shows will be charged the full session amount.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect the next client’s appointment. The full session fee will still apply.

3. Client Health and Safety

To ensure your well-being and that of our staff:

  • Please disclose any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or recent surgeries before your session.
  • Massage services are not a substitute for medical treatment and are intended for relaxation and wellness.
  • Therapists reserve the right to decline or discontinue a session if they believe it may be unsafe or inappropriate for health reasons.
  • Any inappropriate behavior (verbal or physical) will result in immediate termination of the session without refund and possible ban from future services.

4. Payments and Refunds

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

Refunds are issued only in exceptional cases at the sole discretion of Deeply Well. Prepaid packages or gift certificates are non-refundable but may be transferable to another person.
